Chinese Oolong tea productions is primarily concentrated in Fujian Province and Taiwan. There are many varieties of chinese oolong tea, with some of the most famous being Anxi Tie Guan Yin(Iron Goddess), Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong, Dong Ding Oolong, Duck Shit Fragrance (Dancong tea), and Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) Wuyi Rock Oolong Tea. Oolong tea has a rich and smooth taste with a pronounced and complex aroma. The caffeine content in oolong tea varies by variety but is generally higher than that in green tea. The best Chinese tea sets for brewing Oolong tea are a gaiwan or a Yixing clay teapot, but avoid using the steeping method.
