All tea should be stored in a sealed, cool, and dark place.
Under suitable conditions, Chinese white tea, raw pu-erh tea, and ripe pu-erh tea can be stored for long periods, and their aroma becomes more refined over time.
Other teas, such as black tea, oolong tea, and floral tea, have a shelf life of 1-2 years, with the best taste within the first year.
This is an interesting question. In Chinese families, children as young as six brew and drink tea themselves.
We generally believe tea is suitable for most people, including children. Our suggestion is to let your child try milder teas, such as white tea or jasmine tea.
We are still researching this topic, but many women in China drink tea during pregnancy. However, we recommend following your doctor's advice and opting for milder teas like Chinese white tea.
All Chinese teas contain some level of caffeine, but each person's sensitivity varies. If you are sensitive and worried about sleep disruption, we recommend not drinking tea in the evening.
Tea is sensitive to light, moisture, heat, and air. All tea should be stored in a sealed, cool, dry, and dark place.
There’s no strict limit. In China, people drink tea throughout the day. However, it’s best not to drink green tea, raw pu-erh tea, or white tea on an empty stomach.
It depends on your taste preference. Our teas are generally very resilient and can be brewed 4-5 times.
The best water temperature varies by tea type.
Generally, green and floral teas are best brewed at 85°C (185°F), black teas at 88°C (190°F), and oolong and pu-erh teas at 100°C (212°F).
