| Origin | Jasmine flowers from Guangxi + green tea base from Yunnan, China |
This Jasmine Green Tea uses a large-leaf green tea base from Pu’er, Yunnan. The base is primarily machine-harvested, which helps control cost and improves overall value, making this Jasmine Tea a more affordable choice for daily drinking.
At the same time, Yunnan large-leaf tea material is rich in natural compounds, giving the tea a stronger tea taste, a slight bitterness up front, and a powerful sweet aftertaste. This makes it a good fit for drinkers who prefer a more robust jasmine green tea with clear tea character.
The jasmine flowers come from Hengxian (now Hengzhou), Guangxi, one of the major production regions for jasmine flowers and jasmine flower tea in China and worldwide. To create a fuller jasmine aroma, we use 3-round scenting, allowing the floral fragrance to blend more naturally into the tea leaves.
The jasmine flowers are hand-picked, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. This style of Jasmine Flower Tea production also requires a high volume of flowers during scenting, increasing both production time and cost while delivering a richer, more saturated jasmine fragrance.
We do not rely on one fixed tea farmer or one family farm long-term, because quality can vary from year to year due to climate, harvest timing, and processing details. Instead, we use a systematic selection process: each year, we collect samples from multiple sources and repeatedly test, screen, and taste them.

For this Jasmine Green Tea, we specifically select the version with better value, a stronger tea taste, a stronger sweet aftertaste, and a fuller jasmine aroma—especially for drinkers who enjoy a bolder style of Chinese jasmine tea.
