Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For non-defective returns, such as changing your mind or simply not liking the product, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement or refund after review.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Return shipping costs

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened tea and food products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or have a confirmed quality issue.

Exchange policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

In accordance with EU regulations, if your item is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
